The EARP Training Programme

There are three levels of qualification under the EARP programme;

CERP 1 - gained for acquiring 200 points

CERP 2 - gained for acquiring 300 points

CERP 3 - gained for acquiring 450 points and successfully submitting a 2,500 case study. For more details about the case study, click on the link Case Study Outline.pdf

Points are acquired by attending training seminars, and by applying for exemptions. For a full explanation, click on the link The Points System

Delegates may attend any level of seminar that is relevant to them, and their points will be added to their total.

The Types of Seminars on Offer

There are three types of seminars on offer, at increasing levels of complexity.



Fundamentals

The Fundamentals programme is offered over two days, in the UK through the ARP, France through SNPRM and across Europe, through EuRA. Attending both days of the Fundamenatals programme, qualifies delegates at CERP1. The Fundamentals programme covers history and structure of the industry; culture and psychology and their impact on relocating; domestic and international assignments; clients needs assessment; IT solutions. Intermediate

Intermediate seminars cover topics concentrating on relocation and business skills, and are intended as an interactive overview of a large topic delivered over a half or full day.. Such topics include, group moves; identifying clients needs; cultural training; marketing and sales; quality standards. All intermediate seminars are worth 50 points for a full day and 25 points for a half day towards CERP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications. For details of the points system, click on the link The Points System

Advanced

Advanced seminars are aimed at experienced relocation professionals who wish to either gain new knowledge or imporve their existing skills. Advanced seminars are business oriented and cover such diverse topics as; leadership skills; psychological impact of being relocated; advanced quality systems.
Advanced programmes are run over one, two or even three days. Each full day of advanced training is worth 50 points towards CERP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications. For full details of the points system, click on the link The Points System
