Points System Changes

The Points System has Changed

September 2007

The EARP points and level system has changed. Seminars are divided into three types, Fundamentals, Intermediate and Advanced. Each type is worth points which build towards a total for each qualification; CERP 1, 2 or 3.

In response to our delegates requests, points gained from any training at Intermediate and Advanced seminars can now count towards any qualification level; CERP 1, 2 or 3.

Attendance at "Fundamentals Of Relocation" programmes are worth 100 points each towards CERP1 only.

All full days of training at Intermediate and Advanced levels are worth 50 points towards CERP 1, 2 or 3.

All half days of Intermediate or Advanced levels are worth 25 points towards CERP 1, 2 or 3.

If you would like to check your points, please email us at info@earp.eu.com and we will send you a report.

This is how the points will now work.

Fundamental Training
Each "Fundamentals of Relocation" day of training is worth 100 points.

Intermediate Training
Full Day - 50 points
Half Day - 25 points

Advanced Training
Full Day - 50 points
Half Day - 25 points

Delegates may choose to attend any type of seminar, and their points will be added to a total.

200 points and above CERP1
300 points and above CERP2
450 plus a case study CERP3

To graduate at CERP3, delegates must submit a case study within six months of their gaining 450 points. For full details of the case study, click on the link Case Study Outline.pdf

After reaching CERP3, graduates must gain a minimum of 50 points per year to retain their CERP3 status, and this can be taken from any type of seminar.

Fundamentals seminars are always an overview, are relocation specific and are aimed at newcomers to the industry.

Intermediate seminars are more in depth and are structured to provide greater depth on both relocation specific and business management principles

Advanced seminars are more complex still, and focus on Business Management Principles as they apply specifically to relocation.
