A Brief Guide to Training is available to download and keep. The Guide covers all aspects of the EARP programme, including details fo the Points System, the programmes on offer and how to register and progress through each level.

Once delegates have reached 450 points, thorugh attendance at a minimum of seven days training, they may complete and successfully pass a written, 2,500 word Case Study. The Case Study can be based on any aspect of work life, or of training attended. Previous Fellows have chosen Case Study topics based on a part of their company or role.
The Case Study is externally graded by KHL University in Belgium and there is a €100 submission fee.
